1| Is the Mastering Freestyle program an on-going fee and are there any other fees at all?
NO. You will only be charged once for your membership and NEVER billed again. Currently you can order the manual and videos for only $US77.00 . There are no hidden costs involved.
2| I don't live in the U.S, can I still order the Mastering Freestyle program?
Yes you can. You can get access to the ebook and videos from anywhere in the world.
3| Once I have paid, when will I get my ebook and videos?
You will get instant access to them after you pay.
4| How long do the videos run for?
The video has 4 parts to it, and in total runs for 21 minutes and 29 seconds.
5| What format are the videos in?
The videos are in .AVI format and can be viewed with Windows Media Player which can be downloaded free here. If you are using a Mac computer, the videos can be viewed using VLC Player which is a free download here.
6| The book won't download properly. What can I do?
First try using the alternative download links provided at your members email. If these do not work please try restarting your computer and re-downloading. Make sure you save the email with your download link.
7| Can you send me a paper copy of the book?
No. At this stage we prefer to make it available for download instead because it is faster for you and we save you, the customer, more than 50% of the cost this way. It is also much better for the environment this way.
8| I have a slow internet connection, will I have any problems?
With a slower internet connection you will NOT experience any problems. The ebook can be downloaded in a matter of minutes and the videos will take 3-4 minutes to load.
9| I have downloaded the eBook but it will not open. What can I do?
First, try re-downloading the file. Make sure you have the latest Adobe Reader installed on your computer. If the file is on your computer, try copying it to another computer and trying it on another computer. You can even email it to yourself and open it from another computer.
10| What is a PDF?
A PDF is a popular file type that can be opened with Adobe Reader. This is the format that the Mastering Freestyle book is in.
11| Is Adobe Reader free?
Yes Adobe Reader is a free download. You can download it here.
12| Will the Mastering Freestyle program work for me even if I live overseas in India or the UK for example?
Yes. The program is designed for you no matter where you are in the world. If you can read English and you have a pool to swim, this program can work for you.
13| I am training for long distance freestyle, will this program still work for me?
Absolutely! This program teaches freestyle technique which works for both sprinters and distance swimmer’s alike.
14| Yes you can. You can get access to the ebook and videos from anywhere in the world.

15| I see lot's of other products that offer similar information. Why should I purchase the Mastering Freestyle program and not one of the others?
The Mastering Freestyle program was created so that anyone who uses the system can dramatically improve their freestyle technique. We include a full color ebook with detailed photos in addition to videos of every single drill. These drills are performed by Australian champion swimmer Sam Ashby. If you find another program which can offer you the same quality of product as us for such a minimal price, let us know!
16| Can you send me the Mastering Freestyle program in the mail?
Unfortunately we’re not accepting offers to post out the program, it is available as a digital download only. This saves you money and allows you to access the program immediately after payment so you improve you stroke right away.
